Ulist Marketplace allows homeowners to sell or rent their homes directly to buyers and renters without the need for a realtor or any commission sales person. Qualified clients can easily schedule a showing and make an offer directly to the seller/landlord. Everything is provided by Ulist to complete the transaction including electronic purchase contract, coordinating lender approval, inspection, appraisal and closing. All sales transactions will be free and clear of liens and encumbrances. Sellers, buyers and renters will have a dedicated licensed coordinator to answer any and all questions related to the transaction regardless if you have experience or if you are a first time home-buyer.

Our fees are simple (Fees are charged only at a successful closing):
Buyer: $499 Ulist technology fee
Seller: 1% listing fee
Tenants: $100 Ulist techonology fee (collected with the move-in deposit)
Landlord: $0

You will also have the option to list your home on the MLS. We will submit your listing to Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and several other sites for maximum exposure for free.

We will provide you with everything needed for a smooth transaction: Buyer's pre-approval, inspection, appraisal, and title/closing support. If house is not sold, you do not pay ANYTHING!
